We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Starting November 23rd, our return policy will be 30-days). Returns are only available for store credit which will be issued once we accept and process it via email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. To request a return, first contact us at email@example.com with the subject line "Return Request". You must do this before sending a return, otherwise we will not accept it. Once your request has been accepted, please do the following:

This must include a printed copy of a confirmation/shipping email with your order number, name, and product ordered inside the box. Return costs are the customers responsibility.
Be sure to email us to inform us of your return before you send it and include your order number, reasoning, and any questions you may have. If there is an issue once we receive your return, we will contact you via email or text.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Jewelry is not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, purchases made using store credit/ gift cards, or gift cards themself.
Because of the limited quantities of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges. To ensure you get the correct size, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can help!
We do not refund your order via the original payment method, but instead, offer store credit via a gift card of the value of the items in your return.
